The luminous LED tubes of the signs usually last for around 10 years. This is about 3 times longer lifespan than traditional gas neon signs. Normally if there is a problem it’s usually the adapter that fails,however these are replaceableitems and we can supply replacements if necessary.

We have screws for mounting, chains for hanging and stand for sitting on table.

Screws kit is default option. It’s easy to install the sign by using the mounting/hanging kits in the package. Welcome to contact us if you need any technical support. But for large neon signs, it may require specialist installation.

We have battery set for choice but normally recommend plug. Because batteries can only light the sign around 3 hours, after3 hours, you need change batteries, or buy an accumulator to support the light.

Please contact us within 2 days of the delivery. The best thing for you to do is to take picturesof the broken sign in the box, showing the broken parts, and attach the pictures to your email. If the box that the sign came in is also damaged, be sure to take photos of that too. We'll respond to your email ASAP.

We offer a 12 month warranty on materials and workmanship on all of our neon signs. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

We can do RGB Neon Sign, which means color can be switched from one solid color to another.
